In your free time, you and your new found friends can visit the ancient city of Ayutthaya, the famous floating markets or take a cooking class to learn how to cook authentic Thai cuisine.

On weekends, you can visit the famous Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park, where you can hike through the limestone formations, or the Avenue of Baobabs, a picturesque avenue of baobab trees that is a must-see for any nature lover.

Jaguar And Wildcat Conservation in Costa Rica

Join GVI’s jaguar conservation gap year program in Costa Rica and help protect one of the world’s most iconic animals. You will be working alongside experienced staff to gather data on jaguars, from tracking and monitoring to data collection and analysis. And when you’re not working, you’ll have the chance to explore the beautiful country and all it has to offer. 

In your free time or after your program, your new group of friends can visit the Arenal Volcano National Park, where you can hike to the volcano and take a dip in the hot springs, or visit the Manuel Antonio National Park, where you can spot monkeys, sloths, and a variety of tropical birds while exploring the beaches and rainforest.

Turtle Conservation in Seychelles

The turtle conservation gap year program in Seychelles is the perfect opportunity to help protect these endangered animals.
